C. Scott Bradley (R) CRB (Oahu)

Scott Bradley, Co-Managing Director of Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, oversees the company's residential operations, including relocation, agent services, marketing and acquisitions.  He is also the Chairman of Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties Commercial, Partner and Director of Pacific Access Mortgage, and President of BP Rental Management.

Scott began his real estate career in 1984 as a sales associate for Bradley Properties, Ltd.  Over his tenure with the company, he held positions in New Project Management, Finance, Sales and Marketing, and was promoted to President in 1992.  Under his leadership, the company expanded its reputation as a leader in upscale residential sales.

Scott was the President of the Hawaii Association of Realtors, a director/treasurer of Young Presidents Organization, Chairman of the Coldwell Banker Franchisee Multi Office Broker Group, and is on the Board of Directors for the Hawaii Historical Society, American Red Cross-Hawaii and Diamond Head Theatre.  He is a past President and past director of the Honolulu Board of Realtors and is a past treasurer of the Hawaii Historical Society.  Honors include the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year and the Pacific Business News' 40 under 40, both in 2000; and the 1991 Honolulu Board of Realtors Realtor Associate of the Year.  He is also a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager.

Raised in Hawaii, Scott graduated from Claremont McKenna College in California with a B.A. in Economics.  He and his wife, Lisa, and his children Catherine, Suzanna, Samuel, and Luke reside in Maunalani Heights.
