As President of A&B Properties, Inc., Mr. Buelsing is responsible for the asset management of Alexander & Baldwin’s improved real estate portfolio in Hawai‘i and on the Mainland, including acquisitions, dispositions and operations of the commercial properties and serves as A&B Properties’ principal broker. He has been with A&B since 1990 and previously was executive vice president and chief operating officer for Chaney Brooks & Company. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati, following graduation from Roosevelt High School. He also serves on the Boards of the Mānoa Valley Theater and Waialae Ridgeline Association. He and his wife, Jill, are proud parents of Kelly and Mike. Norb has served on HHF’s board of trustees since 2007 serving as a member of the Executive, Finance and Kama‘āina of the Year committees.
